Mr. Schumann is currently in his 20th year of teaching in Kansas public schools. It is his eleventh year at Topeka High School and USD 501. He was an graduate teaching assistant in U.S. History while working on his first master's degree at Emporia State University as well. Mr. Schumann is certified to teach English (grades 5-12), Library (grades K-12), Speech/Theater/Communication Arts (grades 7-12), U.S. History/World History, Government & Politics/Geography (grades 5-12), as well as English as a Second/Other Language (grades 7-12).
